1. Introduction: The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry that the FAA intends to compete the subject requirement between Unruh Fire Inc, Global ARFF Services, and Firetruck Unlimited . A full and open competition opportunity is not available. Under this acquisition the FAA will procure for the manufacture and delivery of a customized Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Vehicle. 2.
