Sealed bids will be received by the Alliance City Auditor, 504 E. Main St., Alliance, Ohio 44601 until 11:30 am, local time, on Friday, September 29th, 2017 and will be opened and publicly read at 12:00 noon at the City Administration Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 504 E. Main St., Alliance, Ohio for: DEMOLITIONS FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD INITIATIVE PROGRAM GROUP F and GROUP G. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as such in the lower left-hand corner with the words: "DEMOLITION BIDS FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD INITIATIVE PROGRAM - GROUP F and GROUP G." The envelope should also bear on the outside the name of the bidder and his address. Bids must conform to all instructions and requirements set forth in the specifications and must be accompanied by all required documents and forms set forth in the specifications. Bidders are advised that a ten percent (10%) bond for the total price provided, drawn in favor of the City, will be required of the successful bidder upon entering into contract. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid considered lowest and best for the City of Alliance.
