Bid for Polling Place ADA Renovations

The County will accept Bids for ADA renovations to multiple existing polling sites, Lycoming County, PA for ADA compliance, in strict accordance with the Drawings and Specifications as prepared by Anthony H. Visco, Jr., Architects, and described as: Prime General and Electrical Construction which includes but is not limited to Minor Demolition; Concrete work; Handrails; Carpentry; Batt insulation; Standard steel door and door frames; Door hardware; Glass and glazing; Paint; Electrical work– light fixtures, wiring, electronic hardware; Paving and patching; and Site work. Bids shall be submitted electronically via PennBid by Friday, November 17, 2023, at 5:00 P.M. EST. Bids will be opened on Thursday, November 30, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. EST in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Lycoming County Executive Plaza Building. A Mandatory Bidders Conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the First Floor Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Lycoming County Executive Plaza

Building. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted from those who are represented at the bid conference. Attendance at the pre-bid conference will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful Bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening.
