financial statements of the Town of Ellington. Interested firms should obtain the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) and related information from the Town’s website at www.ellington-ct.gov/bids.aspx, or from the office of the Temporary Finance Officer at 55 Main Street, Ellington, Connecticut, 06029 (“Ellington Town Hall”) during normal business hours, on or after February 6, 2020. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Temporary Finance Officer at the Ellington Town Hall, clearly marked “AUDITING SERVICES”, no later than the close of business (4:00 p.m.) Thursday, March 5, 2020. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held in the Meeting Hall of Ellington Town Hall, 55 Main Street, Ellington, CT on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. While this meeting is not mandatory, all interested proposers must provide an indication of their intent to make a submittal to the Town of Ellington by that date, in writing, and via e-mail as follows: Kevin Kenzenkovic, Temporary Finance Officer: kkenzenkovic@ELLINGTON-CT.gov.
