The scope of requirements includes an annual service inspection for the sewing machines throughout the District, which includes commercial and domestic. Awardee(s) shall be required to visit site locations in order to perform inspections of the sewing machines. This is a

time, material and inspection contract. Only Bidders within the five-county area (Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties) will be considered for award of this contract. The Awardee(s) will receive individual purchase orders specifying the school's name and ship to address. SBBC locations may issue open (blanket) purchase orders as required. Receipt of open orders does not authorize the release or shipment of any goods or service. For all open orders, items will be ordered on an as-needed basis through the use of an order form. Shipments received as a result of an open order, where an order form has not been released, will not be accepted and no cost shall be incurred by SBBC as a result.
