Title: ITB - Uniform, Janitorial and Linen Rentals Deadline: 3/28/2023 2:00 PM (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) Status: Open Solicitation Number: 999-0323-16 Description: The City of Columbia is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide rental and laundry services for uniforms, janitorial items and linen supplies for City departments. The term of the agreement will be for a three-year period. It will be requested of City Council that the award allow for an extension of two additional years at the option of the City for a total of five years. While the extension will be recommended, it cannot be guarantee without council approval. The quality of the uniform in construction and appearance is highly important in promoting a positive and professional image for the City therefore all vendors are requested to bid based upon supplying all new uniforms and maintaining those uniforms in a condition that reflects well on the City.
