Scope of Work The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide all personnel, materials and services required to adjudicate and pay claims on behalf of the City for property casualty and workers compensation claims. The City operates one self-insurance fund to finance its Property, Casualty, Automobile and Workers’ Compensation programs. The Department of Human Resources & Risk Management is responsible for the overall management of these programs. Proposers may choose to submit proposals for Workers’ Compensation and/or Property Casualty claims adjusting separately; however, the City prefers to select one firm to coordinate both of these claims services.
