The Project includes the following Work:
Construction of final clarification, filtration, and UV disinfection improvements at the Mallard Creek Water Reclamation Facility, including the following:
• Demolition of existing clarifier mechanisms in Final Clarifiers No. 1, 2, & 3.
• Concrete repair and installation of new clarifier mechanisms in Final Clarifiers No. 1, 2, & 3.
• Demolition and installation of new piping and pumps in RAS/WAS Pumping Stations 1 & 2.
• Modifications to Manhole No. 57.
• Distribution Box No. 11 expansion.
• Demolition of existing traveling-bridge filters and UV disinfection system.
• Modifications to existing Effluent Filtration and Disinfection Facility structure.
• Installation of new disc filter units and UV disinfection system.
• Construction of new UV disinfection level control structure.
• Construction of Effluent Cascade Aeration Structure.
• Construction of new Distribution Box No. 20.
