The scope of services are described in the attached Bid Specifications and Requirements. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled. Participation is highly recommended. Pre-Bid Conference:

The quantities indicated are estimates and based on County’s estimated annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required products and/or services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule This is an ALL or NONE Bid. Bidder must bid on all tests listed within Bid Response Form to be considered for an award. The County reserves the right to award in full or partial. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Bid price should include all charges related to the testing. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form with Local Preference to be considered for an award.
