NOTICE TO BIDDERSSEALED BIDS will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 760 Mattie Road, Pismo Beach, California, until 2:00 p.m., on March 28, 2024 as determined by www.time.gov for performing work as follows:CITY HALL EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTA mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Please meet promptly at City Hall, 760 Mattie Road, Pismo Beach. Bidders that do not attend this mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be disqualified from bidding on this Project.Before submitting bids, Contractors shall be licensed in accordance with the Laws of the State of California. Accordingly, the successful Bidder shall possess a Class C33, Painting and Decorating Contractor’s License at the time this contract is awarded. A certified check, cashier's check, or Bidder's Bond executed by an admitted surety insurer in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, and properly made payable to the City of Pismo Beach, will be required to accompany each proposal.Project Plans and Specifications are available at the Public Facilities Division office located at 550 Frady Lane, Pismo Beach, CA, 93449. A non-refundable fee of $30.00 per set will be charged. Electronic Plans and Specifications are available via email at no charge.
