ST MARYS INTRACOASTAL GATEWAY MARINA

The City of St. Marys is soliciting bids for the “ST. MARYS INTRACOASTAL GATEWAY MARINA” as described below in the Scope of the Project. The project will consist of the construction of a new transient marina with concrete floating docks, steel pipe guide piles, two aluminum gangways, extension of the fixed timber walkway, a new timber pier head w/covering, and all ancillary utilities. The project will be constructed in three sequences, ensuring that demolition and new construction does not disrupt the existing facility being used as a temporary ferry service for access to Cumberland Island. The selected contractor will dispose of all demolition debris off site in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The Contractor will be responsible for verifying existing conditions, identifying all conflicts, furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for successful completion of the project.
