DA01 - Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information for NCIS Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX)Support Services

This is a Sources Sought Notice from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide services that include the physical consolidations of hardware systems and reduction of software licenses while simultaneously allowing for limited expansion of the Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX) regional data at existing sites and possible expansion to other new geographical areas within the United States. Additionally, services will include the integration of additional data from several investigative sources within the Department of Defense (DoD), as well as federal partnerships with other information sharing initiatives is required, i.e. Department of Justice (DoJ) and its’ National Data Exchange (N-DEx) System and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its’ Immigration and Customs Enforcement Pattern Analysis and Information Collection Tool (ICEPIC) as well as the continued enhancement of the Department of Defense Law

Enforcement Information Exchange System (D-DEX). This submission of information in response to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources. A submission shall not be construed as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only and part of market research and will not be shared outside of the Government. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor responses to this announcement. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. The expected NAICS code for this procurement is 541512. Any information submitted is voluntary. It is requested that interested firms submit: (1) The name, address, phone number, email address, and CAGE code of the firm; (2) A capabilities statement including a summary of their product/service (no more than 5 pages), (3) Firm’s size status. Please restrict all responses to non-proprietary information, and be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Responses are requested no later than 28 December 2020 at 1200 EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to Jacob Segal at Jacob.Segal@navy.mil.
