The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed, competitive proposals from qualified roofing companies to install and provide


a minimum 20 year warranty


60 ML PVC Membrane with a White Exposed Face and a Polyiso Board with a minimum 10.0 LTTR.  The project will consist of various roofing locations at three (3) school district facilities.  All bids must be itemized per the location and square footage with a final
Grand Total.   The lowest responsible
Grand Total will be awarded all of the itemized projects.

Iron County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality, informality, irregularity or technicality in any proposal.The District also reserves the right to call for new bids if their interests or convenience is better served by such course.If any portion of the above terms are not acceptable it is the bidders responsibility to so state in writing.Any and all bids are subject to the approval of the school district business administrator.
 
Added on May 29, 2020:Three Peaks Elementary will use a 1/2" Polyiso board versus the thicker 1.8" to 2" R-10 Polyiso as discussed in the pre-bid conference. Classification codes: View classification codesRegions:Utah, Iron
