*The awarded General Contractor will be responsible for both projects. White Hall Classroom Building Bid Pack 02 of this project includes a fit-up renovation of all restrooms in the White Hall classroom building, as well as selective demolition for architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing items for the restrooms at the western wing of the classroom building on floors 1, 2, and 3. This will include the removal of all floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, and chase walls for plumbing. The construction will involve work in two phases: the first of which will fit-up the previously gutted restrooms at the eastern wing of the building, as well as the basement restrooms. The second will demolish and fit-out the western wing of the building concurrently. One stack of restroom on floors 1-3 will remain in service at each phase. Patterson Office Tower – 18th Floor Bid Pack 02 of this project includes new work at the
