Septic Pumping Services - North Cascades National Park, WashingtonRequest for Quotations (RFQ 140P8318Q0054). This RFQ is being issued for the purpose of Septic Pumping of vault toilets and septic tanks at North Cascades National Park (NOCA) and the intent is to procure septic pumping services on an as needed basis (requirements type contract) at a fixed price per gallon, for one base year and possibly up to two option years at the discretion of the NPS, for a total of not to exceed three years. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 / 1-24-2018, RFQ is set aside for small businesses, NAICS 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million average annual gross receipts for the past three years. Any resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards, Wage Determination # WD 15-5531 (Rev.-5) and Wage Determination WD 15-5523 (Rev.-5) with

latest postings at www.wdol.gov on 1/16/2018. Services are to be performed as described in the attached Scope of Work (SOW).
