REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS The City of Sugar Land seeks qualifications for performing all work required for the following projects in the City: RFQ 2022-40: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 1) LIFT STATION 48 (MUD 136 REG LS #1) EXPANSION (WW2302) 2) COLLECTION SYSTEM REHABILITATION (WW2304) 3) TRACT 2 WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS (CWW2309) 4) REGIONAL WATER/WASTEWATER FACILITY & CONVEYANCE STUDY (CWA2306 AND CIP CWW2306) Plans, specifications, and bidding documents may be obtained by registering at Public Purchase www.publicpurchase.com. Sealed submittals, (1) original and one (1) electronic PDF copy shall be delivered to the City of Sugar Land, Office of the City Secretary, 2700 Town Center Boulevard North, Suite 122, Sugar Land, Texas, 77479, on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2022, at which time only names of the firms will be read. Submittals received after the opening date and time will not be considered. Questions regarding this submittal must be received on or before 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
