We anticipate using the DAMS as a centralized storage location for all digital file types. We want the system to be high capacity, easily accessible and provide deep and detailed tagging, indexing and search capabilities to make finding, sharing and using digital assets across teams a seamless function. We also anticipate using the DAMS as the central repository and access point for sharing brand assets and editable

templates with all district departments and schools, as well as with external stakeholders.
