Scope of Work The City of Cooper City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of establishing a Standby Contract for Disaster Debris Removal Services. These services will not be authorized until such time as a Notice to Proceed has been issued; typically, in response to a natural or man-made disaster.
