Each site requires varying monitoring and reporting requirements as outlined below, and therefore, will require review of SMPs, Periodic Review/Annual Reports, and other documents on record and filed with New York State Department of Environmental Conversation (NYSDEC) as part of the work performed under this proposal. Most SMPs, PRRs and other files relevant to these sites are available at the DEC Info Locator website or can be electronically requested by the consultant from the City. Niagara Street 2023 PRR are included under the Bid Posting – Related Documents.
