Description:
The Menlo Park City Council is seeking proposals from full-service law firms with experience in bonds/revenues anticipated notes to assist the city in connection with future financing activities. The bond counsel reports to, and serves at the pleasure of, the city council. The bond counsel will work directly with the city manager, staff and contract financial adviser in providing bond financing.
