Envelopes must be sent to the following location:\n\nCity of St. George\nAttn: Purchasing M anager - RFP #22-038\n\n175 E.200N.\nSt. George, UT 84770\n\nProposals must either be mailed in ahead of time (preferred) or dropped off either atthe front desk\nor via the drive through window at City Hall.
