The Contractor shall provide professional design services for airport improvements at the Birchwood Airport, which include repaving all of the public portions of the aprons and all the paved taxiways except for the east segment of TW G. Services will consist of all work necessary to prepare a bid ready construction package, including design support services such as engineering support for Environmental and Surveying work. Miscellaneous improvements such as temporary parking, drainage and signage may also be included. Assistance during bidding and construction services are also included.
