Optimizing the Human Weapon System COANG

THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Synopsis/Solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is incorporated below. Solicitation number W50S6V-20-Q-0010 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08 effective 3 August 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621340 and the corresponding small business size standard is $8 million.  The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price, base plus 4 option years, contract for Optimizing the Human Weapon System Services for the Colorado Air National Guard at Buckley AFB, CO as set forth in
