50780 Proposal to Lease Land at the King Salmon Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 4A, Block 800, consisting of approximately 32,625 square feet (ADA-50780), at King Salmon Airport for 25 years.  Applicant:  Alaska Outdoor Consultants LLC.  Authorized uses:  Aircraft storage, aircraft maintenance and other storage, secondary use as storage of non-aeronautical equipment that does not displace aeronautical.  Annual rent:  $4,012.88.
