PCSD seeks to contract with a vendor/partner to provide an Equity Assessment for the District. LENGTH OF CONTRACT The term of the contract period shall be for the length of the assessment and the assessment overview, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. The District reserves the right to cancel this contract with thirty (30) days' written notice. SCOPE OF WORK The Park City School District wants to conduct a district-wide equity assessment to make suggestions to improve our equitable practices. The ultimate goal is to implement new initiatives to improve the learning of all students and close the academic gap. The Park City School District is looking for a vendor to provide an equity assessment district-wide, to help all stakeholders, to improve all students' education, and to close the academic gap. Description: Please enumerate all costs on the attached Cost Proposal Form (Attachment B). Be sure to list your firm name on this form. The cost proposal must be attached separately from the Detailed Response when posting to the BidSync website.
