REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: IDIQ 123-529 Interpretive Exhibit Services Statewide-Convenience Use PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (WSPRC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Interpretive Exhibit Services Statewide. Resulting contract(s) will be an RCW 39.26 Convenience-Use contract also known as Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity and/or “On-Call. These services will be provided statewide however firms may provide services in selected regions. EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFQ is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about September November 01, 2023, and to end on November 01, 2028. State Parks reserves the option at its sole discretion to extend the contract for up to Five (5) years to allow for completion of the projects.
