The successful Respondent will be responsible for developing and overseeing a program to accomplish the individual ordering, distribution, and billing for enzymatic coil cleaning product. The proposed product cleaning solution shall remove biofilm and blockages, disinfect the entire depth of equipment coils, and ensure zero downtime on the operation of HVAC equipment. The supplier shall also provide on-demand cleaning services for HVAC equipment across campus, and be solely responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, training, and consulting services, as needed. Overall, the successful Respondent will provide the University with a comprehensive and competitive product solution to support its operations by increasing HVAC efficiency, extending equipment life, and improving indoor air quality for building users and occupants.
