Dear Prospective Quoter:Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for hotel and transportation services for INL/Kosovo official visits. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to that address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.The U.S. Government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPAs) to those firms that are technically acceptable, responsible, and clearly intend to sell services to the U.S. Government at or below market prices. Interested offerors need to know that the U.S. Government may award multiple BPAs.The U.S. Government will only award the number of BPAs that the U.S. Government believes is sufficient to meet needs and regulatory competition requirements. If your file size exceeds the 50MB limit, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails (more than one email) with less than 50MB each.For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:1.
