Wastewater Management Treatment Facility Upgrade The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a consulting team for the Regina Beach Wastewater Management Treatment Facility Upgrade project. The two-envelope system is to be used. One envelope is for the proposal response and one envelope is for the proposal fee.
The Town of Regina Beach is requesting submission of proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services including preliminary and detailed design, tender package and contract administration services for upgrading the Regina Beach Wastewater Treatment Facility.
