The Minnesota Department of Military Affairs (DMA) and the Facilities Management Office (FMO) intend to procure the services of Johnson Controls Inc. to perform system upgrades to the existing Johnson Controls network supervisory controller, controls for the new SNE 10, reloading of old database and a new graphics interface for Camp Ripley building 14-607, Shoot House located on Range A-14. The Facilities Management Office has determined that Johnson Controls Inc. is the sole supplier of the parts, software and expertise needed to service this equipment.
