The City of Norwalk is requesting bids for the Silvermine Elementary School Air Conditioning
& Electrical Upgrades Project which consists of installing new portable air conditioners in
areas with access to a window and variable refrigerant air conditioning systems in areas
without access to a window. As part of the installation a new electrical distribution system
is to be installed to power the new window air conditioning units and variable refrigerant
system. This project consists General Trades, Portable Air Conditioner and Variable
Refrigerant Air Conditioning System Purchase & Installation, Mechanical and Electrical
Work. The budget for this project is $350,000.00. The requirements of this project are
outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
