The 12 month funding allocation was ~27K, but the current funding allocation is $3K.Amendment 1 was posted on 09/08/2022 correcting the I-Smile@School funding for CSA 3.09/22/2022The RFP states that IS@S provides preventive dental services for 2nd and 3rd grade children in ALL schools with 40% or higher free and reduced lunch rates... Does this include online and virtual schools? No, this does not include the online and virtual schools.09/26/2022Clarification on the I-Smile @ School Workbook: RFP has conflicting guidance (pg 102) which says that all schools with FRL rate of 40%+ AND has students with 2nd and 3rd grades must be served, but on page 103 first bullet point describing column E/also in commentary and scoring on previous round of RFP suggested all schools 40%+ FRL rate need to be served regardless of grade (ex: requirement to serve high school that is 42% FRL). Which is correct? All schools with 2nd and 3rd grade students AND 40% or higher free and reduced lunch rate must be served.09/27/2022I understand the State's contract with Signify will be discontinued. As we work through our processes with our partners in our CSA, I'm wondering if we can get a timeline for when Signify will no longer be available to us. Also, can we get assurance that we'll have a new system before we lose Signify? And what will be the processes for transferring clients and adding other users? Thanks! The Department is currently working on the timeline and will share it with Contractors as soon as it is available. Further guidance on the transition will be provided at a later date. The goal of the department is to have the new system in place and data transferred before signify is no longer available.09/30/2022On page 28 of the RFP, under the section 2.01-B Child & Adolescent Health and Oral Health Program Overarching Requirements, Service Documentation there is a link provided that is title General User Manual CAH User Manual. When you click on this link you are directed to a User Manual – General Information signifycommunity. In other communications, you have indicated that the MCAH data system will be changing from the signify platform. For planning purposes and to be prepared for this transition we have the following questions: What is the timeline for this transition? Will all current signify documentation/records be populated in the newly implemented database? What are the plans for implementation and training for the use of this newly implemented database? The Department is currently working on the timeline and will share it with Contractors as soon as it is available. Further guidance on the transition will be provided at a later date. The goal of the department is to have the new system in place and data transferred before signify is no longer available.10/04/2022Can a BS in Medical Laboratory Science qualify for a project director in anticipation of an RN being hired in the future? Can a person with a BS in Medical Laboratory Science qualify for performing lead screens as the policies say it must be an RN however this has been a portion of my role for 9years prior to now.The person doing lead screening must have an order from a physician (could be a standing order) and work within their scope of practice. It is not required to be an RN. Many agencies use an RN because they already have them for other services.10/05/2022On page 118 last paragraph the RFP states that "the timeframe ranging from January 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023". Clarify the start date. (The time frame should be January 1, 2023)Yes, you are correct, the time frame should be January 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023.10/05/2022Regarding Signify On page 28 of the RFP, under the section 2.01-B Child & Adolescent Health and Oral Health Program Overarching Requirements, Service Documentation there is a link provided that is title General User Manual CAH User Manual.
