Cultural Connector Phase 3 – Civil Infrastructure Improvements The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) invites proposals for the Cultural Connector Phase 3 Civil Infrastructure project. The scope of work generally includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, supply and placement of granular material, 280 m of water main, and 137 m of sanitary force main located within the Resort Municipality of Whistler.
