MNIT Services Central for the Dept. of Corrections intends to purchase zSpace Learning Lab that includes all hardware, software and educational content for their juvenile student education program. This lab is effective in enhancing educational experiences, as well as improving engagement and achievement. It also offers a full range of needed curriculum in

subjects ranging from biology, math, social science and anatomy this also includes an Automotive Shop Class. This is a hands-on virtual learning system that provides security and the applications runs on a system that does not require internet access, which is what is needed for corrections education program. This purchase has been deemed a single source and is proprietary as zSpace Inc. is the sole source developer and provider of zSpace Virtual Reality Education Solution produces. The State believes that this learning lab is a single source because it is proprietary and is not available through a 3rd party vendor.
