The Hartranft Community Center is located at 800 W. Cumberland Street, Philadelphia. The building complex is approximately 28,000 SF and was completed in 1973. The complex includes two (2) masonry buildings. Building 1 consists of day care rooms, community rooms, multi-purpose rooms, offices and support areas of various sizes. PHA is anticipating this project be a gut rehab. The selected Proposer is expected to provide a complete and comprehensive project to PHA. ****** A
