Southside Marine Center Phase II

Scope of work generally consists of landside development of the Southside Marine Center including a diesel fuel tank and delivery system to the floating dock, slop tank and delivery systems from the floating dock to a landside storage tank, security fencing, automated 30’ cantilever and swing gates with card readers, two pedestrian gates, power rack for future operations building, and a concrete operating pad with access sidewalk to the dock gangway landing. The total Bid price will cover all project related costs, including profit and overhead, delivery, shipping and freight incurred for the project. This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier’s check for 5% of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount.
