An electronic copy of the contract documents will be available on U3P or from KMA Architects. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m on Friday, March 22 2024. All bids shall be submitted electronically to Kenneth Stones - kenneth.stones@seviersd.org There will be a mandatory contractor walk through on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 10:00 am at South Sevier High School, 430 West 100 South, Monroe, Utah 84754. Project Scope: This project consists of an (10,000 sq. ft.) interior remodel and building extension combination to the existing metal and wood shops on the North side of South Sevier High School including an enclosed exterior storage compound. This project also consists of the construction of a new (5,650 sq. ft.) wrestling room addition to the West side of South Sevier High School. The project will be built out of concrete block, steel joists and deck with mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkling systems. Project Location: South Sevier High School, 430 West 100 South, Monroe, Utah 84754 Construction Documents and Scope Sheets (proposal form) must be used for bidding this project and will be provided by KMA Architects.
