The project consists of Bridge Painting within the Crawfordsville District. INDOT anticipates needing one (1) Project Supervisor and Project Inspector(s) for both contracts. The work type and the contractor's schedule will ultimately determine the length of time that the PEMS and Project

Inspector will work on this contract. INDOT will control the hours and staffing of personnel utilizing Memo 20-07. INDOT may require from personnel winter season work, work for up to twelve (12) hours per day, and/or work at night. The Consultant's personnel shall work under Area Engineers, and potentially Project Engineers, or Project Supervisors provided by INDOT. The CONSULTANT shall furnish all construction field testing equipment necessary to sample and test materials in accordance with INDOT procedures. The CONSULTANT shall furnish all safety equipment required for construction inspection/testing. The CONSULTANT shall provide personnel local to the Crawfordsville District such that no travel and lodging expenses will be incurred. The Letter of Interest (LOI) must specify the names of the Project Supervisor and Inspectors who will be supplying the services for this contract. A field overhead rate will be used for this contract. Consultants without audited field overhead rates may propose a field rate at the time of contract negotiation.
