Advertisement for Bid TOWN OF WOLCOTT, VERMONT JONES ROAD STORM REPAIR Sealed bids for the construction in the Town of Wolcott, Jones Road Storm Repair and associate improvements will be received by the Town of Wolcott, at the Wolcott Town Office, 28 Railroad Street (PO Box 100), Wolcott, VT 05680 until Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 3:00 pm. at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Town. The project generally consists of the construction of a precast block retaining wall, stone embankment repair, road grading, ditch work, paving and miscellaneous and appurtenant construction. Work must follow the Vermont Agency of Transportation 2024 Standard Specifications for construction and prospective bidders shall be pre-qualified to work on Vermont Agency of Transportation Projects at the time of bid opening. Interested parties shall understand that final contract award and contract signing will be dependent of FEMA funding approval.
