RFQ #PUARC-1723 - PORTABLE RESTROOM EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND SERVICE

The County of Riverside Purchasing is soliciting quotations for Portable Restroom Equipment Rental and Service as detailed in this RFQ. The County desires multiple types of portable restrooms that include handicap and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant types, handwashing stations, portable restrooms, containment pans, wastewater containment tanks as well as other types of equipment for rental and servicing. These services also include portable equipment for equipment owned by the County, and emergency on–call request. Occasionally the County of Riverside experiences emergency situations in which the above referenced type of equipment is needed on a short-term basis but with an expedited delivery / priority service. Bidder must include in their response their ability to provide these types of services, special rates, and instructions on how to process an emergency request and, if awarded an Agreement as a result of this solicitation, be willing to provide emergency contact

information so the County can reach bidders personnel at any time of day during an emergency response activation. Not being able to provide an emergency response will not disqualify any Bidder from participating in this RFQ process.
