The Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS) is seeking information on approaches for optimizing the performance and efficiency of the E-sourcing/ Procurement Solutions PASSort systems and processes. The issuance of this RFI is for the purpose of obtaining information only and is not a procurement or solicitation that shall result in the award of a contract to any vendor, contractor, or firm responding to this RFI (a “Respondent”). Nor shall the issuance of this RFI result in the establishment of a short-list or pre-qualified list of Respondents with respect to a future procurement or solicitation for a system or services noted in this RFI, nor shall any Respondent be given a preference or advantage in any such procurement by virtue of responding to this RFI. MOCS and the City of New York may use any of the information obtained from Respondents without restriction and free of charge, including, but not limited to, in developing specifications and scopes of work for any procurement, solicitation, or contract.
