RSD) interactions with the Montgomery County Business Community. The selected system must have the ability to enable business constituents to enter and manage their business contact records; register for events and programs; complete applications, and also have Account Security Management, User Training and Customer Assistance incorporated within the system. The primary users of this Contract will be CEX BC and CEC RSD teams, however other County departments and agencies with similar economic development and constituent tracking needs may be given permission to utilize this system in order to best serve businesses within Montgomery County.
