(LDA)This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to award a single firm fixed-price contract to construct a Small Arms Range, Project #LRXQ159097 for Mississippi Air National Guard, 172nd Air Lift Wing base in Flowood, MS.  This building will.  The base bid of this project includes the complete construction of a new indoor    small arms range facility, to be designated as the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance (CATM) Facility.  Construction shall include, but not limited to site development, foundations, structural framing, doors, windows as well as all interior finishes and all HVAC, electrical, fire protection and plumbing system.  All work shall be IAW the drawings and specifications available upon request via www.sam.gov Contracting Opportunities.There will be three options to include:Stall SystemTarget Retrieval SystemScrew Conveyor SystemThe contract duration is 365 days after NTP to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00.
