Manitoba Finance (FIN) is accepting proposals from qualified Architects and/or Engineering firms to act as the Prime Consultant leading an interdisciplinary team providing the full scope of services in relation to the planning and construction of the project described below.
A mandatory site meeting will be held on October 18th, 2017 @ 10:30am. Interested proponents are to meet at the Trades Building 840-3rd Street N.E. Portage La Prairie. Parking is available on the North Lot immediately adjacent to the Trades Building.
