This requirement will provide an initial phase of this initiative is to develop a conceptual design and operational action items to include strategy, infrastructure needs, process needs, and change management guiding principles. Ongoing coaching support will also help to ensure all aspects critical to the success of this initiative have been accounted for. Results of the project will include creation and design of a CDC-wide leadership development framework, following by operationalization and implementation of the framework. This framework will serve as a model for other public health organizations seeking to develop and implement leadership development initiatives. The requirement will consist of a continuation of building off of ongoing work, CDC’s Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) is leading efforts to explore how CDC could benefit from an enterprise framework to deliberately grow and support continued leadership development. The need for this framework has been raised over the years by many employees through listening sessions. Feedback gathered from this work indicates that there is a want and need for more investment from CDC in the development of a CDC-wide framework and strategy that provide consistency and equity across the
