The meals required for first responders are estimated at 2,500 per meal, up to three meals per day, or more on a daily basis for up to one week. Usage of this bid award is primarily intended for use during declared emergency situations. Although services from this bid may be utilized for planned, non-emergency, events, the City also reserves the right to

utilize other food suppliers during non-emergency events.
