Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Consulting

Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham is seeking Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide for the development and implementation of a comprehensive, city-wide business continuity program that integrates disaster recovery and crisis communication into its framework. As outlined and defined in NIST SP 800-34 Rev. 1, the City seeks the development of: Business Continuity Plan (BCP/COOP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), and Crisis Communications Plan. Interested vendors may view the solicitation documents on the City of Bellingham website at https://cob.procureware.com/home or in person at the Purchasing Office, 2221 Pacific Street, Bellingham WA 98229 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Purchasing Office, 2221 Pacific St., Bellingham WA 98229 must receive sealed proposals no later than 11:00 AM on October 13, 2022. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all proposals or parts of proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.
