This sources sought is not a notice of solicitation. This special notice is issued solely for information and market research purposes. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), nor promise to issue a solicitation now or in the future. This notice does not commit the Government contractually for any services or supplies whatsoever.The Wyoming Army National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, seeks information from vendors' that are capable of providing Additional Duty Safety Officers' (ADSO) to assist Commanders at each unit with their safety program; in-order to prevent or reduce accidents.The Wyoming Army National Guard is seeking responses from all responsible sources; including large and small businesses. The specific purpose of this notice is to determine if there are small businesses; within the parameters identified above. Interested vendors' that believe they can meet the minimum requirement(s) should submit electronic copies

of their capability statement(s) to Mr. Marc Zurasky, Contract Specialist at marc.r.zurasky.civ@mail.mil.Responses should include the minimum following information:(1) Name and DUNS or CAGE Code of organization that will provide the requirement.(2) Relevant information that is not listed above in-which the Government may consider in developing its minimum requirements and finalizing its market research.Any proprietary information should be clearly marked. Only electronic statements will be accepted. All responses to this notice shall be submitted via email by the required Response Date. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information or comments received from potential sources resulting from this Sources Sought. This is not a Request for Information. The Government will not provide a response to questions as a part of this Sources Sought. Responses shall not include classified data. And proprietary information, if any, shall be kept to a minimum and SHALL BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, SEGREGATE proprietary information. Be advised that all submissions will become Government property and will not be returned.
