Scope of Work Work to be completed at the Kissimmee City Hall Building. This is a five (5) story structure with work to include installing doors, walls and windows for security throughout the building of Kissimmee City Hall, located at 101 Church Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741.
Retrofit of existing City Hall building on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th levels, the selected firm shall provide services for

the design of an interior retrofit of the security in current areas shown in the diagrams. The design will include modifying doors, walls, and windows for security, design and install additional receptacles, lights and switches. Paint and stain all new walls and doors to match existing.
1. Introduction: The City of Kissimmee is requesting qualification statements from firms for providing architectural services for City Hall Renovations for security on named floor levels 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th.
2. Invitations for Proposals: Firms wishing to provide architectural services as described herein shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy and one electronic copy of the proposal in a sealed envelope no later than 2:00 p.m., August 16th, 2016 to the Finance Department 4th Floor Attn: Purchasing Division Allendale Conference Room, 101 Church Street, Kissimmee, Florida.
3. Firm Selection: The top Firm shall be selected and notified by August 19th, 2016.
All costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal including any bidder’s travel or personal expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder and will not be reimbursed by the City of Kissimmee. Submitted information will not be returned. Submittals will be opened at 2:30 pm on the submittal day.
