Astana Post in-country Courier Services

The United States Embassy in Astana requires in-country Courier Services. Courier services within Kazakhstan, domestic standard, and high priority deliveries (fastest transit time possibly, even for large shipments), which should usually include the necessity to load and unload vehicles, including working on the compound of the U.S. Embassy Astana. The contractor should also be able to act as an authorized representative of the U.S. Embassy Astana picking up diplomatic mail at the airport in the city of Astana covering all the incurred expenses and providing the U.S. Embassy with an invoice to pay on a monthly basis for all the services combined, and when required this service should be done expeditiously (same day service). The expected average monthly volume/billed weight is over 5000 kg with Almaty-Astana, Astana-Almaty and within the city (Astana) routes being the most requests services.These can be additional works requested.Please note this is a pre-solicitation only.
